A: At this time, Laing Photography is focused on producing the highest quality service of photography.

 

Q: Does Laing Photography deliver every single image taken at the photo shoot?

A: Duplicate images, test shots, and missed focused shots are eliminated along with other images that may diminish the overall product delivery.

 

Q: Does Laing Photography offer prints?

A: At this time, Laing Photography does not offer printing services but we're happy to recommend businesses that do.

Q: Can I access my photos after the two-week storage time has expired?

A: As much as we'd love you to have access to your photos for a long time, Laing Photography strongly encourages you to download your photos immediately after receiving them from the photographer as thousands of photos are captured and stored weekly. Photo albums past the two-week storage limit will not be retained. 

 

Q: What do I have to bring to the photo shoot?

A: Laing Photography provides a fully detailed document with helpful information on preparing for your special photo session. This information is included all within the Portrait Style Guide that has been or will be emailed to you before the photo session.

 

Q: When will I get my photos?

A: Your signed contract states specifically when you will receive the edited photos based on the type of photo session. Please refer to the beginning of your signed contract.

 

Q: How long does the photo shoot typically last?

A: Each photo shoot varies depending on the package you have selected within the signed contract, amount of participants in the photo session, location of the photo session and other varying details. Please refer to the package you selected on your signed contract for this information.
